Delivery Estimates in Tbilisi
The delivery time for any order within Tbilisi is 1 calendar day.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
The standard delivery fee within Tbilisi is 6 GEL.
You can also take advantage of our express delivery service in Tbilisi and receive your order within 3–4 hours of purchase. The express delivery fee is 15 GEL.
Delivery in Regions
For orders delivered outside Tbilisi, delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of purchase.
The delivery fee is 10 GEL.
The exception listOrders can be delivered in whole territory of Georgia, excluded Abkhazia and South Osetia.
Delivery Pick up Locations in Regions
Customers can have their orders delivered to a specific pickup location. However, please note that TI'ME is not responsible for any damages and losses of the orders when they are left at the pickup location. TI'ME store recommends to mention your house address as a delivery address to avoid any inconvenient situations.
Delivery Pick up Locations in Tbilisi
Customers can have their orders shipped to one of the 14 TI’ME/PANDORA stores-Kiosks across the city. Customers can pickup their orders from the store it has been shipped to directly.
Duties and Taxes
The cost of taxes and duties is already applied to your order. No additional fees are required.
Order Cancellation
